I just completed my second full-length novel. My son and I read the final chapter together last night, and I made the edits this afternoon during my lunch break. I can't believe I finally did it. And it only took seven years from idea to final word.
This is such exciting news. What next? Are you querying agents?
ReplyDeleteI have been querying agents. More rejections than not, but I got a nibble from two very prestigious firms, with one of those agents requesting a full read (the other rejected after getting a partial).
ReplyDeleteNo matter what happens, I feel good knowing I have a concept and a pitch that attracted some big-name agents. What happens next is gravy at this point.
